Since each GRRUU item is carefully handcrafted by artisans after an order is placed, it takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks for shipping. Delivery may take longer depending on production circumstances, in which case we will notify you via our official Instagram and other channels.

At GRRUU, we primarily use high-quality precious metals such as SV925 and K18 gold to ensure longevity. We also use gemstones such as diamonds and pearls for some items.
After wearing, gently wipe off sweat and oils with a soft cloth (such as a jewelry cloth) and store in an airtight bag (such as a zip-top bag) away from air exposure. This will slow down the unique tarnishing process and help maintain its luster for longer.
*Please note that products with a matte finish (texture finish) will develop a natural shine (patina) over time due to friction from regular wear.

At GRRUU, we offer many designs for sale as single earrings. However, to prevent incorrect purchases, we typically only sell items in pairs. Therefore, please contact us via the inquiry form, and we will handle your request individually.

3. Unroll the paper, measure the length between the marks, and select your size based on the finger's circumference.
